By downloading or using Guess The Song (“the app”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the app or its content.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

cheat, exploit bugs, or use tools to manipulate scores, currency, or leaderboards;
choose a nickname that is offensive, impersonates someone else, or infringes another’s rights;
interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers or other players’ data;
use the app in violation of any applicable law.

We may remove a nickname or leaderboard entry, or restrict access to the app, if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.

3. Virtual items

The app includes virtual items — coins, notes, lives, and pack unlocks. These have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred outside the app. We may adjust virtual item balances, prices, or availability as part of normal game balancing. Virtual items are licensed to you, not sold, and they may be lost if you delete your data or uninstall the app.

4. Advertising

The app is free and supported by advertising (Google AdMob). Some optional rewards require watching an ad. We don’t control the content of third-party ads. See our Privacy Policy for how ad data is handled.

5. Music and third-party names

Song titles, artist names, and album names are referenced for identification and gameplay purposes only. All trademarks and copyrights in referenced works remain with their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any artist, band, or label featured in the puzzles.

6. Availability and changes

The app depends on internet connectivity and third-party services, and may be unavailable from time to time. We may add, change, or remove features, packs, or levels, and may discontinue the app entirely. We’ll try to give reasonable notice of significant changes where practical.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for lost progress, lost virtual items, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.

8. Age

The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). See our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time and delete your data via Settings → Delete My Data or by uninstalling. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by a new “Last updated” date on this page. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
