Guess The Song has no accounts and no sign-up, so there is no account to close — but you can erase everything we hold for your install at any time.
Option 1 — In the app (instant)
You’ll be asked to confirm twice, because it can’t be undone. It then:
- deletes your progress, statistics, achievements and leaderboard entry from our servers;
- clears the data stored on your device;
- issues a new anonymous ID, so the app keeps working with a fresh, empty profile.
Option 2 — By request
Email Support@Dorontron.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. Because the app is anonymous, we can’t identify you from your email address alone — please include your in-app player ID so we delete the right records.
We’ll confirm once it’s done, normally within 30 days.
What gets deleted

Advertising data
We don’t hold advertising profiles ourselves. Ad-related data is handled by Google AdMob under Google’s Privacy Policy. You can reset your advertising identifier or limit ad tracking in your device’s system settings.
Uninstalling
Uninstalling removes the data stored on your device, but does not by itself remove server-side records. Use one of the two options above if you want those erased too.
