How do I get more lives?

Lives refill on their own over time. You can also buy an emergency life with coins from the Store.

How do I earn coins and notes?

Coins come from completing levels (more stars, more coins), the daily gift, the calendar, achievements, and optional rewarded ads. Notes come from the daily challenge, gifts, the calendar, and achievements. Coins pay for hints and emergency lives; packs may cost coins, notes, or both.

I’m stuck on a level.

Use a hint to reveal the band name, the album name, or a single letter. You can also tap the puzzle image to zoom in — some clues hide in the details.

What do the stars mean?

Three stars for a clean solve with no mistakes, two if you made one or two, and one if you’d previously failed the level. Your best result is always kept.

How do I change my leaderboard name?

Open Profile and tap Change next to your name. Your nickname is public, so please don’t use personal information.

My progress didn’t save / the app says it can’t reach the server.

The game keeps playing from data already on your device when the connection drops, and syncs again once it’s back. If a message about reaching the server persists, check your connection and reopen the app. If it continues, please email us.

How do I turn off notifications or sound?

Sound and music are in the app’s Settings (the gear icon). Notifications can be turned off in Settings or in your device’s system settings for the app.

How do I delete my data?
